Christophe is a team coach and an organizational change expert with more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has an extensive experience in collective intelligence animation and in the creation of team spirit with human being as a central point.

Nicolas has more than 2 decades of management experience in multinational corporations. He is an executive coach founder of a consultancy specializing on culture transformation. Holder of a certificate in data science, he guides individuals, teams and organizations through systemic change.

Marion helps leaders to reshape societal model by working on their Regenerative Leadership using an integrative approach. She has 25 years of experience as a C-level digital pioneer and Executive Coach. She is graduated from HEC Paris Business School and is certified Executive Coach of Transformance Pro Paris.

Didier is an agile coach and a facilitator of collective intelligence who supports teams and organizations in their transformation towards more collaboration, creativity and efficiency. He is also the manager of a team of software developers who apply the principles and values of agility on a daily basis.

Xavier has 18 years of experience in leading complex projects in the industrial, media, banking and pharmaceutical sectors. In parallel with his psychologist activities, he helps companies to deploy their projects in an integrated way, by weaving together both technical and human dimensions.

Our team performance experiences are offered
from 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
You will live 2 virtual reality sessions.
